SANZAMAMU
The “Sanzamamu” project was born in 2021 between the collaboration of the percussionist and producer Antonio Testa and the Congolese musician Valentin Mufila.
From their meeting the new album "IL Faut Vivre"(ExperimenTribe Records 2023) was born.
"IL Faut Vivre"is an album with African sounds with traditional and non-traditional ethnic instruments, elaborated and mixed with ambient and electronic music; there is no shortage of Jazz, fusion and classical contaminations thanks also to the numerous collaborations with other artists featured in the album.
The project will be also be presented live with the ethnic percussion of Antonio Testa and Valentin Mufila on guitar and vocals. The lyrics composition is entrusted by the creativity of the singer-songwriter Valentin Mufila: he manages to elaborate over the authentic, joyful stories of his world of origin and adoption.
