The monochord bed is a vibrational therapy stringed instrument whose foundations and origins date back to Pythagoras and his wide knowledge of the power of sound.
The instrument exploits the psycho-acoustic and somato-vibrational power of harmonics and induce the listener in a state of conscious trance.
The monochord bed used in this recordings is tuned to 432 hz, a frequence that reminds our body and cells of the potential perfection that is within each of us.
These sounds stimulate the pineal gland and the synchronization between the two cerebral hemispheres; it also stimulates the production of DMT ,our endogenous chemical which facilitates trance states and lucid dreams in a natural way.
Crystal bowls and crystal bells are musical instruments made of silicon. Depending on their size and dimensions they generate harmonic sounds of different frequencies, which rebalance and reharmonize all of our energy centers. These sounds induce states of deep relaxation and they assist vibration at the deepest levels of our being, they stimulate a greater awareness and they re-harmonize us by attuning us to our natural rhythms. Crystal bells sounds are a valid support in self-healing processes.
